David P. Johnson is a highly experienced senior technology executive with over thirty years of experience in delivering successful software product development and digital transformation results. He has worked with renowned companies such as Siebel, Oracle, TTEC and multiple startups, and has vast experience in developing and managing cloud-based omnichannel and contact center solutions. David is an efficient and hands-on leader with a comprehensive understanding of the system development life cycle. Currently, he leads several development teams focusing on digital transformation products such as agent-assisted AI, operational insight, WFM integration and CRM/CCaaS integration.

Olivia Hubble is a dedicated educator and instructional specialist with a strong background in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and inclusive teaching practices. With more than a decade of experience in both K-12 and higher education settings, she is passionate about supporting educators and students through innovative, equity-centered approaches to teaching and learning.

Professional Background

Currently serving as a Teaching and Learning Specialist at the University of Denver’s College of Professional Studies, Olivia coaches adjunct faculty, leads instructional improvement initiatives, and supports the integration of technology to enhance student engagement. Her previous roles include teaching middle school mathematics, leading and crafting intervention programs, and designing district-wide curriculum and professional development for metropolitan school districts in both Colorado and Texas. She has also served as a mentor and coach to new teachers and student educators.

Olivia believes that meaningful learning happens when students feel seen, supported, and empowered to contribute. She views the classroom as a collaborative space where each person’s experiences, perspectives, and identities enrich the learning environment. Leah O’Grady is the Associate Director of Student Success Systems at the University of Denver, managing the implementation, utilization and training of the Civitas advising platform, Inspire. In this position, she works collaboratively with units across campus in using Inspire to leverage faculty and staff talents and resources in the goal of supporting student persistence at DU. Since she began working at DU in 2013, Leah has worked in a number of divisions on campus, including Undergraduate Admission, Student Affairs and Inclusive Excellence and University Academic Programs.

Bridget Arend (Ph.D., University of Denver) has taught at University College since 2005 where she has earned University College’s Master Teacher designation. Bridget consults, conducts workshops and speaks nationally about curriculum design, teaching and assessment strategies and online learning. She was previously Executive Director of DU’s Office of Teaching and Learning and has worked in public, private and educational sectors. She publishes in the areas of teaching strategies, educational technology and critical thinking, including co-authoring a comprehensive book about instructional practices in higher education.
