Donald Anderson has been a practicing organization development consultant for more than 20 years. He has consulted internally and externally with a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses and educational institutions. He is the author of Organization Development: The Process of Leading Organizational Change, and Organization Design: Creating Strategic and Agile Organizations.

Education

Donald earned a Ph.D in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder, an M.A. in rhetoric and Communication from the University of California, Davis. and B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.

Debora (Debbie) Bartoo, Ph.D., holds the position of Educational Engagement Manager with Glenbrook, focusing on the payment industry. She has held several senior-level positions, including Senior Vice President in Digital Payments at Bank of America. Her career roles included innovation, competitive intelligence, product development, and analytics at various organizations. She has been an adjunct professor since 2014 teaching business and marketing strategy, innovation, values-based decision-making, and the Capstone.

Education

Debora earned her Ph.D. in Leadership & Change from Antioch University, her Master of Science in Business Intelligence & Analytics from St. Joseph’s University, Haub School of Business, and her Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bio

Amy currently serves as founder of Social Justice Associates and Professor and Associate Dean of Strategic Initiatives at Northern Arizona University. Amy founded Social Justice Associates following her tenure as an award-winning professor and university leader at The Ohio State University and Michigan State University. In her work with Social Justice Associates, Amy has guided thousands of individuals in strategy and culture building through the lens of inclusion. Her work with Social Justice Associates spans organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Western Europe.

Education

Amy earned her Doctorate in Health Services and Masters in Public Health from the University of Washington (Seattle) and her Baccalaureate in Psychology from Loyola University (Chicago). Amy has continued her lifelong learning through enrolling in Northern Arizona University’s Indigenous Peoples Seminar and Navajo (Dine) language courses.

Amy is an award-winning professor and highly experienced facilitator who values and encourages curiosity, openness, risk-taking and innovative design and problem-solving in her students. David Bryson (Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Northcentral University) is a Senior Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. He provides leadership development classes and organizational development services to a site of over 4,000 people. Prior to this, he served in the military, culminating in advising C-suite level teams. In addition to his Doctorate of Philosophy, David holds a Masters of Strategic Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence University, and a Bachelors of Workforce Development and Education from Wayland Baptist University.

Currently, Jessica is a principal consultant at Apogy, a change management training, coaching, and consulting firm she founded in 2019. Through her work with Apogy, she has helped clients implement enterprise data governance programs, transform their technology systems (Oracle HCM, ERP), redesign organizational structures and processes, and upskill leaders and teams. Before Apogy, Jessica led the clinical strategy and innovation team at DaVita, where she was responsible for designing and deploying large-scale change initiatives impacting thousands of patients, caregivers, and employees across the U.S. Jessica previously served on the Board of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals.

Jessica has experienced organizational change from multiple perspectives: as a consultant, an executive, a mid-level manager, and an individual employee. She understands the unique challenges each stakeholder group faces and is committed to developing change leaders at all levels in the organization.

Geoff Essman has over 30 years of organizational leadership experience in building and creating organizational strategy and a culture of innovation. He has a deep understanding of how successful organizations perform and are able to capitalize on the strengths of people and teams working towards a common goal.

Professional Background

Geoff currently serves as a Business Process Analyst for Workday, where he helps find innovative ways to streamline processes and create organizational efficiency. Previously, he served 29 years with the military and his last assignment was as the Commandant to the Army’s largest multi-component Basic Leadership Course for the Army and Regimental Command Sergeant Major. Geoff also serves as a senior member of a nonprofit for service members and veterans.

Jennifer Fairweather is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Jefferson County, Colorado, and a Founding Partner of Dwennimmen Leadership Consulting.

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in both public sector and private sector human resources in addition to leadership experience in finance and human services. She has her IPMA-SCP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, a Certificate in Professional Training, and she is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC). Jennifer has facilitated sessions for local and national forums on leadership, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.

Jennifer is a Past National President of the Public Sector HR Association (PSHRA), serves on the board of the Second Chance Center, and is a working group member for the Society for Women’s Health Research.

Ann Finkner (M.S. in Organizational Leadership, Colorado State University Global) offers over 30 years of leadership and business experience. She served as an executive leader for the largest agricultural financial services provider in the U.S. Ann was responsible for human resources, organizational development and learning, facilities, technology, marketing and communications, and corporate philanthropy. She also served as the organization’s corporate secretary and has been a member of various boards of directors. Currently, Ann has a consulting practice and is a certified facilitator, a community volunteer, and is passionate about guiding individuals to identify and live into their purpose.
