This is my second master’s degree from University College. I believe the first degree supported the advancement of my project management career and raised me to the Program Manager position I have today. My second degree is a passion I’ve had for years towards leaders, leadership and empowering people to be the best they can be. There have been a few bosses (or leaders) in my career that believed in me, supported me and raised me up to meet challenges that helped me grow. I am dedicated to being one of those kinds of leaders for others. My husband and daughter have always encouraged me to do better and be better and I hope they know how much I appreciate them. Keep learning and keep improving yourself. It’s amazing viewing the world with more knowledge!
